Ilan Carmi is a photography artist, a co-founder of Indie photography gallery group, and a graduate of Minshar Art School at 2014. Carmi presented his first solo exhibition in 2010 at the Eretz Israel Museum and participated in many solo and group exhibitions since. His works were purchased by the Shoken Collection of Israeli Art and by other private collectors. Evident in his works are the gaps between stillness and movement, between the real and the questionable. Overall, his work evokes a sense of tension and unease.
